Pioppinos, also known as Black Polar mushrooms, have a nutty, earthy, and peppery flavor and a firm texture. They work great when roasted or sautéed, and can add some umami goodness to any dish.

All our mushrooms are freshly harvested and grown with care in Queens, NY.

Our pickup location is The Greats of Craft LIC, 10-15 43rd Ave, Long Island City, NY 11101

Your mushrooms will be delivered to The Greats of Craft at 12 pm on Fridays, and can be picked up during GOC business hours for up to 2 days after delivery. Orders must be placed by Thursday night to be ready that Friday. If you’d like to pick up your mushrooms sooner, please leave a note when placing your order, and we’ll contact you with available options.
