Welcome to Cam’s Mushroom Collective, our CSA subscription offering weekly farmer’s choice medleys of the freshest hyper-local mushrooms in NYC!
Each bag contains two of our gourmet mushroom varieties, which include: lion’s mane, blue oyster, golden oyster, pink oyster, pioppino, and Italian oyster. The varieties you get may vary week by week depending on what what we’re harvesting.
To sign up for multiple pounds per week, select 1 lb below and input the quantity you’d like in the box.
***Pickup is at The Greats of Craft LIC, 10-15 43rd Ave, Long Island City, NY 11101. Your bag will be ready for pickup at The Greats of Craft on Fridays at 12pm. You can pick it up on Fridays from 12pm-9pm, or Saturdays and Sundays from 10am-9pm. We recommend picking it up as soon as possible for maximum freshness.
