Black Pearl Oyster

The Black Pearl Oyster are a thick and hearty mushroom that is comparable to the more common trumpet mushroom. They’re work great sliced lengthwise, then roasted or sautéed, and the stems can even be cut into ‘scallops’ for a seafood alternative.

All our mushrooms are freshly harvested and grown with care in Queens, NY.

Orders are delivered to The Greats of Craft at 12 pm on Tuesdays and Fridays, and can be picked up during GOC business hours for up to 2 days after delivery. Your order will be ready for pickup at 12pm on the next delivery day after you place it- orders received Friday-Monday will be ready on Tuesday, and orders placed Tuesday-Thursday will be ready on Friday.
